Who We Are
Hello!
I began teaching immediately upon my returning from India, I knew its all I wanted by then I also have moved to Crete few years before. Finding my voice as a teacher was a gradual unfolding. Through teaching group classes and working closely with students in private sessions, I became increasingly curious about the body itself — how it holds stress, adapts to movement, and communicates truth. This curiosity led me into continued study of functional anatomy, Yin Yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My guiding question has always been simple: How can I truly help?
Alongside yoga, I followed a parallel path into Shiatsu — a Japanese therapeutic bodywork practice rooted in TCM principles. Integrating yoga and Shiatsu allows me to support the body from both movement and stillness, addressing common issues such as headaches, back pain, hip and knee discomfort, stress, and nervous system imbalance. Through courses, workshops, and one-to-one work, I aim to empower people with understanding — offering not just relief, but insight into why pain arises and how daily practices can support long-term wellbeing.
In recent years, my work has naturally focused on women. I run women’s circles, one-day retreats, and residential retreats, creating spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies, build trust in their inner guidance, and soften into embodied presence. My approach blends anatomy-informed movement with intuitive, energetic, and reflective practices — always guided by the theme and energy we are working with.
I deeply value collaboration and co-creation. When a retreat or circle takes shape, I listen for what is needed and invite other practitioners who align with the intention — recognising that healing and growth are richer when we walk the path together.
At the heart of my work is embodiment: learning to listen to the body as a vehicle of truth, strength, and wisdom. Through practice, touch, reflection, and community, I support women in building trust — not only in their bodies, but in themselves.
My relationship with yoga didn’t begin as a love story. I attended classes years before committing to a regular practice, but they left me largely unimpressed. It wasn’t until a life-interrupting moment — an incident while diving in the Gili Islands, Indonesia — that something shifted. After being pulled from the water and recovering from a minor chest issue, I returned to London with a quiet but undeniable calling. I found an Iyengar yoga Institute studio nearby, and that first class ignited a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
What drew me in wasn’t only the physical practice, but the philosophy behind it. Yoga offered structure, depth, and a way of relating to life through awareness and presence. Years of committed Iyengar practice eventually led me to teacher training, though I felt it was important to explore beyond one lineage. I immersed myself in different styles before travelling to India to complete my training. That experience was deeply transformative — not just professionally, but personally — helping me shed old layers and become more grounded, stable, and centred.
I often say that regular practice builds strong walls of our inner temple — offering protection from external forces while cultivating clarity, flexibility, and lightness within.
